1.Provide Specific Details

To assist me in resolving the issue, please provide the following information:

  • Description of the Misprint: Is it missing pages, incorrect formatting, blurry images, or something else?

  • Photos: If possible, take clear photos of the affected pages or areas.

Email these details to hello@danaonye.com with the subject line "Misprint Issue - [Book Title]".

2.Replacement or Refund Process

Depending on where you purchased your book, follow these steps:

  • For Amazon KDP Purchases:

    • Contact Amazon customer service directly to request a replacement or refund.

    • Amazon may ask you to return the misprinted copy or provide proof of the defect (such as photos).

    • They typically handle these issues quickly and will send you a replacement copy or issue a refund.

  • For IngramSpark Purchases:

    • If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them directly for a replacement or refund.

    • If you bought directly from IngramSpark, reach out to their customer service with the order details and a description of the issue.

3.My Follow-Up

Once you’ve reported the issue to Amazon KDP or Retailer/IngramSpark, please let me know. I will also reach out to the printing service to report the problem, ensuring that similar issues are prevented in future prints.

  • For Amazon KDP: I’ll contact Amazon KDP support with the details you’ve provided to help prevent further misprints.

  • For IngramSpark: I’ll report the issue to IngramSpark’s support team for investigation.
